Level 2 Mindfulness and Meditation Summer 2016
Come deepen your practice of Mindfulness and Meditation at Stephen Wise Temple
Dates: July 19 and 26, August 2 and 9
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: Stephen Wise Temple--Plotkin Chapel
Pre-requisite for this course is an Intro to Mindfulness course, either online or in person.
In this 4-week series, you will significantly deepen your ability to bring mindfulness into your everyday life.
Topics covered include:
- Mindfulness of Relationships
- Working with Fear and Anger
- Playing with Resistance
- Cultivating Equanimity
Each class will consist of:
- 25 minute guided meditation
- Group discussion
- Practical application of Mindfulness concepts
Course Instructors: Ian Hoge, M.A. Clinical Psych. and Jennifer Waldburger, MSW. Ian and Jennifer are co-directors of the Mindfulness Program for administrators, teachers, children and parents at Wise School.
